23-24 First-Year Superintendent Mentoring & Support Program

This year-long support program for first-year superintendents will provide a MASA mentor, which meets a DESE requirement when applying for upgrading to a career certificate, while also providing a network to enhance your performance as a district leader. In addition, first-year superintendents can secure a seat at professional development opportunities provided through MASA’s Lead Develop Support (LDS) Workshop Series.
